Mobile layout issue

Hi, 

Previous my mobile design layout was working fine but today the design layout on mobile view is the same as desktop layout. When I checked in my theme design, the layout seems right but when I go on site with mobile view it's not as it should be. Anyone can help to troubleshoot?

Below is a screenshot of the layout using my phone and the layout that should be on shopify theme.
