Modifying top right menu - Prestige theme

Hello all,

I am trying to update the top right menu of the site (where it says Account, Search, Cart etc), but only find the option to update the top left menu in the Navigation option? Does anyone know how to do this?

Hello, this is what I'm trying to do. The top right side navigation looks like this currently, but I'd like to replace account with something else.
