Monaco Theme, Disappearing Submenu

Hi-- I am using the Monaco Theme and for some reason when I mouse over the main menu to try to get to items in the submenu, everything listed just disappears. I have been trying to edit code with many suggestions and nothing is working. Could someone please help if you are familiar with Monaco?
