All things Shopify and commerce
Hey - It's February 5, and I'm running the "Month-End Inventory Value" report and am getting no data for January 2024. It does pulls up December 2023 though. What am I missing? Thanks much...
I am in the same situation. The Shopify inventory documentation page says that the inventory values should be there within 72 hours of the month end. It is now 5 days later and I can only bring up December 2023. This is not acceptable. It appears to be a chronic problem with software that we pay for, as there are similar posts about the same problem dating back to 2020.
Hello,
Likewise; facing the same issue. Every time I am generating a report for a snapshot of inventory at a certain time, the report is wrong and only shows a handful of items, basically 10% of my actual inventory. I have ensured that all 'cost per item' fields are filled out, and tried to generate again, but to no avail. Some help from Shopify would be much appreciated, as we are paying extra for the premium service but not getting the reports properly.
We are facing the same issue with the Month-end inventory snapshot report only showing about 10% of the actual inventory. All our products have the Cost per item assigned but report is not generating properly. Did you find a solution to this issue?
Did anyone find a solution to this? I am new to Shopify, i just set up the shop and as far as I can tell i have done everything I need to do to ensure a report would be generated to give my total inventory value. However I just get nothing... I am tracking and have added all values. Any ideas?
