Move Breadcrumbs under Scrolling Announcement Bar

Hello - I installed a custom breadcrumb code and cannot figure out how to move them below a Section Store Scrolling Banner in the section builder..  I looked at the I need it done on Product pages and Collection pages..  Ive attached a photo and maybe someone could tell me what they need to know in order to move the breadcrumb code..  heres the URL - https://devildaves.com

Hi @Ryanp 

It a bit confusing, if its an annoucemnet bar why you place in the template? It should be on the header right? The header can have more announcement bar. 

You can drag the anouncement bar below of top of the header.
