Move mail signup in Footer (Dawn theme version 12)

Hi! i i have three problems i want to solve regarding the footer section

1. To move the mail signup section into the footer(so it looks like the picture below)

2. to add the check in box ( marked with black in the picture below)

3. change so there is no space between the texts in the information box "about the company" (as the picture below)

My stores footer is currently looking like this: 

I have noticed that some have the same problem as me regarding to move the mail signup into the footer, but neither of these solutions work for me.
