Move wishlist icon in front of quantity selector tab

Hey there, i am using dawn theme i want to change the position of my wishlist icon at product page , i want to move that wishlist icon in front of quantity selector tab , please help me how to do that,

I'm using wishlist plus app for my store please check how to do that , would you suggest me to use that app or not??
