All things Shopify and commerce
We are using Shopify's built-in local pickup feature and have two local pickup locations, however some items are only in stock at our secondary location. When viewing these items from the front-end, it shows "Pickup currently unavailable". The customer must then click the "Check availability at other stores" button to see that it is indeed available for pickup at the other location.
When a customer sees this, they are more likely to assume that it is simply not available, as opposed to clicking the "Check availability" button. Is it possible for these items to show availability for the location which has stock, as opposed to simply following the default fulfillment priority?
Here is an example product that currently demonstrates the issue: link
Any assistance much appreciated, thanks.
I know this is super old, but I'm having the same issue. Were you ever able to figure out why this was happening?
