Multiple installations of Global site tags

I recently noticed that I have two Global site tags on my site - one with Google Ads Conversion Tracking ID and one with Google Ads Remarketing Tag ID. 

My question is why I have these tags and what should I do with that?

Google Ads Remarketing Tag ID is the tag that you install to your website. The tag will mark your web pages as the sources for later remarketing advertising. That means you can create custom audiences as remarketing lists in your Google Ads account to run ads that target users who have previously interacted with your ads or web pages. Google Ads Conversion Tracking ID is the ID for tracking conversions throughout your website. This ID is used to set up custom conversion actions in your Google Ads account whether you want to track pageview, form submit or clicks, etc. To learn more about how to track a conversion action, please have a look at this guide by Google.
