Multiple shop admins

How can I create two store admins, or is this not available on the basic plan?

1 store owner/admin, 0 staff accounts on the basic plan, however you can add collaborator accounts.

There's only 1 store owner, but you can give all permission to another user. Add a staff member and it will have all options available that you can pick and choose.
