Multiple Shopify Stores, One Business Entity

I run multiple Shopify stores that operate under one larger business entity that is currently registered as a sole proprietorship in CA. Am I required to submit a DBA (doing business as) for each individual website that my business runs, and if not, what would the proper protocol be for making it clear that the larger company owns the various websites?
