Multiple visits to site from a city in another country

My website sells a physical product and only ships within Australia at the moment. Ads are only targeting Australia. I have had multiple visits to the site from a city named Council Buffs in Ohio, US. Every week. 

What are your thoughts on this?

- do you think it's related to software someone is using to extract/track data from the website?

- anything I should be concerned about?

- anything I should be/could be doing about this?

One scenario I could think of, based on the info you provided:

1. You have a foreign visitor interested in your store or products, given they visited multiple times. They could have family or travel to Australia often, or perhaps just know someone there, and be interested in purchasing an item from you

Question, what page(s) are they visiting? Are the pages they view always the same product/category? This could help answer their intention when visiting your store

Generally speaking publicly available online websites will get visitors from all over the world. Since people can travel it varies, but yes generally the majority traffic share comes from your target market
