My account doesn’t have permission to view my store page.

I saw some videos that said to go into my account and do certain things to fix it, but the thing is I can’t even get into the account to do that. I don’t know if I’ve been banned or anything of the sort I literally just finished my website yesterday. It was up and available for people to see for less than a day then got taken off and now I can’t access it at all. Please help asap

Typically if there is an issue with your account you would be notified about it via an email sent to the account owner email address. I'd first recommend taking a look through your emails to see if there has been any information shared about what happened, or any next steps you may need to take to get your account back up and running.

 

If you aren't seeing an email from Shopify, and you still can't login, it's then best to reach out to our support team through the Help Center here. We can't see your account information here over the Shopify Community, but if you speak with us through the Help Center we can review your account with you in much more detail and advise further.

I tried to look in the help center and all of the solutions didn’t help.
Should I just take that one down and make a new website? I would have done
that before but I’m just scared the new one is just going to be taken down
as well.

Hi, @Cody1004. I wouldn't recommend making a new store. It would be best to resolve the issue with your current store.

 

You will need to speak with us through the Help Center to get more information. When you visit the page I shared, please type your question or problem to the Help Center assistant so it can direct you to the support options you need.
