My Shopify store was deactivated over a week ago for alleged AUP violations, according to Shopify’s email. I submitted an appeal form to prove I did not violate any policies, but since then, I have heard nothing from Shopify. Despite contacting support ten times in the past week, where I was repeatedly told my case would be escalated as "urgent," there has been zero response regarding my account status. My ticket is 4a1960b9-6e1d-47f1-92e5-81f41a309f75
What’s more frustrating is that Shopify has refused to release my domain, even after multiple requests. This restriction prevents me from connecting it to a new store, creating unnecessary obstacles and adding to my frustration. I feel that my appeal and requests are being ignored, and this delay is not only disruptive but incredibly disappointing. I got in contact with several infulencers on Youtube and Tik Tok and I decide to share this bad experience with more people to let everybody recognize how arrogrant and low-efficient Shopify is.

Shopify takes a very strict approach to many matters, making the platform safer and more user-friendly for customers. However, if you believe that Shopify is in the wrong, try reaching out to them again to resolve your issue.
