I contacted support 5 days ago and I'm still waiting for a response as I was told it would take 3 days. My store has just been terminated under section 7 (Personal, confidential, and protected health information) which I am baffled about as I had just opened the account, I was starting my web design and I had no products on the store. One thing I can think of is that I accidentally pressed deactivate website password which I think opened my store to the public when the store was not set up at all. Its policies weren't fully filled out yet, and I think this is why. It was an honest mistake as I'm new to this and it won't happen again if this was the reason I am truly sorry. All the apps that I bought are still running and I don't want to pay for something I can't use. Please help me get my store up and running as soon as possible. thanks.

i wanted to transfer the domain i bought off that account onto another. i thought it was my fault because i opened the website without and policies which is the reason i got terminated. Anyway after 2 weeks of stress my account is finally back up. I hope you get your result soon.
Hi Zenula, I'm in the same shitty situation and very furious about this. You don't have to apologize for anything. Shopify owns us apologies!!!! I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR MORE THAN 1 MONTH! 1 WHOLE MONTH! I've been contacting support team which they just reply politely but they don't know anything about the situation. I've been with my arms crossed all these weeks and I supposed to launch for S.Valentine which is crucial for my business. I have bills to pay and I invested everything in this new business and now what? They "terminated" my account for who knows what!!
A month, thats terrible. I was thinking of just setting up a new account as i literately had nothing on this account and if its going to take over a month then i dont care enough to pursue this any longer. It was my fault it got terminated so im not too mad its just annoying because i want the domain. your situation seems a lot worse than mine so i hope yours gets resolved as soon as but their support is useless.
How do you know it's your fault and what to do you mean when you say you want the domain? From what I read in your first comment we have the same situation.

i just kept replying to the email and talked to support everyday
I have the same issue, it's been 2 weeks since I submitted the appeal, and I am still waiting to receive updates.
