I am having difficulty accessing my Shopify account. It is asking for an authentication code even though I never set one up. To make matters worse, I had to create a separate account just to get in touch with you. I find it hard to believe that there isn’t even a support email available for customers.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. As a paying customer, I believe it’s reasonable to expect accessible and timely support. For comparison, I’ve had much better experiences reaching support teams for other platforms, such as Discord.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter so I can regain access to my account. Please let me know the next steps or provide a way to speak with a representative directly.
