my account is frozen for 1 month . everyday the team says wait wait wait

Hi, I tried doing payment for one month but I couldn't do the payment because of some issues on Shopify. My account got frozen I couldn't go inside the website . I tried changing the payment account. Anything is not working for me. I am very frustrated. I tried calling them texting them every day morning and evening. They tell me to wait and they tell  They will contact you but they never  . its 20 days now there is no update from them. Really frustrated. Can you help me out of that?
