My account termination

Hey Shopify team hope are good . Recently I got some problems of account termination  something like aup policy etc I want to know about why Shopify closed my account without any reason. I want a reason of termination and on 14th august my 2nd payout scheduled but coming in pending another payout is 16th august it's also going on pending and now I got termination notification

Sorry to hear you're dealing with that. When it comes to stores being terminated you will be able to respond to the email you received from our team about this. They may or may not share the reason with you but you can of course still ask for more details and information. If there was an appeal link included in the email you received, I suggest filling that out as soon as possible and our team will reevaluate as soon as they can. As per the Shopify TOS, our team does not have to share the reason for termination or give a warning for this if they find that something did go against our policy.

The exact same thing happened to my account. No idea why it was terminated. I sent in an appeal last friday still no reply. Same boat they are holding my payouts that i was supposed to receive this week. They are literally crippling my store where i spent so much time and effort to build.

This just happened to me too, seems like its a common occurrence with shopify, which feels like a huge scam. They randomly delete accounts and websites, and keep all the money in the accounts. They dont offer any explanation "as per their TOS", and have lackluster customer support because they can. This website is a scam, Im so disappointed, the money in my account was going to my team's welcome home party from deployment.
