My account was terminated and I don’t understand why, i literally just got approved for my credit card with you guys and was going to upgrade to the yearly subscription.
I am writing to formally contest the recent termination of my Shopify account. I believe this decision was made in error, and I urge you to review my case.
This account is crucial for my business and, ultimately, me It provides the means for my children and me to make ends meet, and losing it has put us in a very difficult position.
Atleast if my account will be terminated atleast let me have my payout that was going to be scheduled out for me
I understand that you have policies in place to ensure the integrity of the platform, but I assure you that I have always strived to comply with all guidelines. I kindly ask you to reconsider this termination and provide me with any information necessary to rectify the situation.
