My cart URL suddenly changed and results in 404 pages

Hi all,

 

Since a couple of days clients of my store have been complaining that when they add to cart a product they land on a 404 page.

I tested it and indeed it is the case. I did some digging and it seems to come from a change in the cart URL.

 

Indeed the usual card is https://bogui.store/cart whereas now it became: https://bogui.store/en/cart.

 

Somebody could help me please?

I tried a redirect of the en/cart link to /cart. Hope it will work. Nevertheless don't think it would be the optimal solution.

No I did not. I just found a temporary solution by doing a redirect. I noticed also that all my add to cart buttons are now in English rather than French which is the only language of the website.

Hi @Blckgk 

 

Did the merchant maybe update the theme file to a newer version before this happened? That could be a possible culprit.

 

Or is there any language apps installed on the store? Even if not technically in use, they may have pushed a change out.
