My Customers are not receiving a code on the Gift Card email when purchasing a gift card

My Customers do not receive a code on the Gift Card email when purchasing a gift card. Two people said that they didn't get the email. I did a test, and got the email but without a code. It used to work. Not sure what happened. They are also not showing up under gift card orders with the code.
