My customers can’t add more than one product to their cart. Please help!

When they add more than one item to the cart it disappears. I don't want them to be limited. I am using Galleria version 2.1. I've tried to go through the theme and nothing shows up for me to update the quantity.

This is probably die to a lag in the code base and will need a looking up the code for debugging.
