I've talked to Shopify support numerous times with no solution.

The favicon link gives 404 error https://teamlingenfelter.com/cdn/shop/t/18/assets/favicon.png?2309

Can you try checking if it exists in Theme's Assets or replace it with the new icon.

If you haven't already, I recommend submitting your sitemap to Google. This should help with your favicon showing.
