My Navigation menu isn't showing up and I have done everything I can, how do I solve this?

Hi, I'm asking this question because my navigation menu isn't showing up even though I've selected it and made sure everything is correct. I've searched online and tried all the solutions and still can't seem to find a solution, any help would be appreciated.
