My notify me button on shopify store not working as planned

Hey, I have added the notify me in my theme.liquid code, I am using the 'Fresh' theme. I have a couple of issues;

1. The button isnt the same size as the sold out button

2. When I choose from a size that is sold out to a size that is in stock the button doesnt automatically change, I have to refresh the page for it to change over.

My website is www.pache.com.au. if you want to look at an out of stock product > nude slides > EU 36 and 37 is out of stock

Do I need a developer to fix this code or the conflict cant be resolved?
