My orders are not showing up in Oberlo. They are only showing in shopify. I've followed all the steps like remapping variants and reconnecting products , adding the note to my order in shopify, and made sure inventory is set to oberlo- and it's still not synced. So when I manually make the purchase on my Aliexpress they cancel it because they cannot find it in Oberlo. How can I fix this???? Please help

I would recommend contacting Oberlo support through their live chat box located inside the Oberlo app on your store. It will take a few minutes to get connected to someone but they will be able to access your Oberlo connection and assist you in troubleshooting. You can also reach out to our standard live support and they can connect with the Oberlo team on your behalf as well.
