My Orders Placed on Sales Channel Wont Sync to Shopify

I have tiktok as a sales channel and I went to do a test order on my tiktok shop and the order was confirmed in the tiktok seller center but did not show up in my order section in the shopify admin. This also means it wasn't able to notify my supplier to fulfill the order. Does anyone know of a solution to this?

I actually happen to find a solution, I went to the TikTok sales channel
in Shopify and at the top I clicked “shop management” then after that went
to “products on Shopify” and I had to map the products in my tiktokshop to
the ones in my Shopify store and it ended up solving that problem for me.

I'm having the same problem It started after I had someone cancel an order, and then they re-ordered it two days later and so it showed up as the same order and not a new order. Since that order cancellation, and re-order now nothing is syncing. Could be a coincidence but it was working fine right up until then. Not sure if you've had any cancelled orders or not, but would be interested to know if so.

Same here. 2 different orders. Customer ordered, says TikTok cancelled because customer didn't pay. Customer ordered again, paid, but order didn't pull through to Shopify to fulfill. And both show that goofy message about not being able to fulfill. Really wondering if the cancel thing is jacking up orders.

Actually, I had an order cancel right before this started happening as well. Still looking in to it.

Hi, We’re also seeing the message indicating that the order includes products not currently in Shopify. When we try to map the products to the correct SKUs, I’m getting a notification that our SKU is already linked to another tts product.

Do you know how we can unlink this?

I'm am having the same problem. 4 orders can through over the weekend, no notification or email from shopify or tiktok, so they sat there. I could process them through Tiktok but they are still showing in shopify as needing to process

 In the shopify order there is an error that those products are not found in Shopify, even though they are in the products section, on my website, synced to Tiktok and just ordered. I am also having to go I'm and constantly remap products manually 1-2 at a time, then the list freezes amd I have to log back in to do another 1-2 product. After chatting with support for hours, multiple times, the response is nothing is wrong contact tiktok. Tiktok says it is Shopify and I believe that since ALL the errors are showing up in Shopify.
