I can’t cancel my plan and it already charged me $100 because when I go to my plan it constantly refreshes

We understand that you're trying to cancel your plan. However, it sounds like a localized issue with your browser, as we're unable to replicate the problem. Did you get a chance to try cancelling the subscription using a different browser or device?
If the problem continues to persist, then it looks like we'll need to access your account in order to resolve the issue.
