My products disappeared from the store after I changed the domain

Hi! So today I decided to change my store's domain, but after I did it every product from it disappeared. I tried to reimport the products but now only one appears, the rest are still hidden, but when I go to the store customization page I can see them (I can also see them in the Products section from the backend). 

 

I tried accessing my store from other devices, browser, I deleted cookies and cache but none of them worked. Has anybody had the same problems as I do?

 

I hope there is a fix to this issue and somebody can help me. Have a nice day!

Changing your domain should not have had an impact on your products being visible in your store, so this is a bit of an odd situation. I have a few questions I'd like to ask so I can help you as best I can!

 

  • Can you provide me with a link to your store so I can see how things are currently appearing?
  • How were your products appearing before? What specifically has changed now that you've changed your domain?
  • You mention that your products are visible within your Admin. Can you check to make sure that your products are set to be available for the 'Online Store' sales channel? Let me know if you have any questions about how to check this.
