my website is www.azcustomitems.com and I purchased this domain from a 3rd party provider. However now that I have connected it to my Shopify, it is azcustomitems.com.co .. I need the .co removed as it's confusing for my customers.

Thanks!

Hey @AZCustomItems,

This is Siva from Review My E-Commerce where we review your Shopify and E-Commerce Stores.

Do you have two domains linked to your Shopify?? If yes, you can change your primary domain to the one with .com.

If two domains are not linked to your Shopify I don't think this problem will arise.

Thank you.

Greetings, @AZCustomItems.

Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention!

I've taken a look at your domain (www.azcustomitems.com/) and it looks like it's still available to purchase from GoDaddy. If you've purchased this domain already, then you can connect a third-party domain to Shopify. However, if there's any issues with your purchase, then you'll need to contact the third-party domain provider in order to resolve it.

I've also taken a look at the other domain (azcustomitems.com.co) and this one does appear to be pointing to your store. As suggested by @SivaGautham, if you have multiple domains connected - then you can set the one you prefer as the primary domain. Nevertheless, if there's a typo or mistake with the domain you've purchased, then you'll want to contact your domain provider as soon as possible.
