Users click "buy" and see no changes, even though the product has been added to the cart. They have to open the menu and go to cart to find it. How can I change it?

Thanks for reaching out. What theme are you using on your storefront? Is it the Bullet theme or a different one?
If it's for the Bullet theme, and if the issue doesn't appear to be present on other themes on your store, you can contact the theme developers directly and ask them for assistance.
