My Shipping wont work

I made all the markets and linked them with shipping zones but whenever I try to buy from the some of the address 

it just doesnt work and keep showing me the same error.. Someone please help!

You need to make sure, you have selected the dropshipper app under the Shipping page to be available to ship out products to your customers.
