Hello, one of my customers has reported that they are unable to open my shop on their mac with the error message being - Safari can't open the page because it could not establish a secure connection to the server.
I am trying to determine if this is an issue on my end or the customer's end. Has anyone experienced this problem and found a solution?

If so, I'd encourage you to have them attempt some local troubleshooting. This will help to determine whether the issue is related to a browser error or something else. For ease, I've gone ahead and listed a few steps below that you can attempt to see if this helps to resolve:

Enter into the chat box Contact Support.
Log into your shop.
Select one of the available support options.
