My shopify admin not working, page not loading

I can't access to my shopify admin page , it says "

There’s a problem loading this page

"

I've tried to clear cache on chrome browser , but it didn't work 

I've check my shopify status and there weren't any issues 

I've tried using another browser , and it didn't work

Well the common reasons behind loading issues are:

• Webpage facing downtime
• Faulty internet connection
• Software blocking page rendering on the browser
• Cached and cookies on the browser

As you said you have already cleared the cookies from the browser, so I would recommend you:

• Check your internet connection 
• Disable the extensions or antivirus software that might be blocking the webpage
• Ensure that you are not using the misformed URL

See if you’re getting any error messages on your website, like:

• Error 404: Not Found: If means that the content has been permanently removed from the URL that you are adding, so check if you are adding the correct URL while looking up the website.

• Error 500: Internal Server Error: This error indicates that there is an internal server issue on your website. It is usually a temporary error and gets resolved itself on Shopify. You can see the error when the Shopify server is down. You can inform Shopify of the same if it doesn’t get resolved within 24 to 48 hours.

I have the same problem. I contact support and they said that they will see what is the problem. Its been a week already and no one have email me back with a solution

It's working in the same browser but respond too slow.

I suggest clearing your cache and cookies. When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in it's cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.
