My Shopify keeps showing an error and logging me out

Hi there,

 

My Shopify store is still under construction, and I have been very busy with my other work so I wanted to put the site on hold for a few months until I can come back and spend a bit more time then getting it going. I have been paying the monthly fee each month for a few months now.

 

I have tried several times in the last month and again today to go in there and do some edits and also try to put the site on hold using the ‘Deactivate Store’ function, but whenever I log into the site and try to do these things I keep getting an error, then it just refreshes and I am logged out.

 

This happens when I try to go to different parts of the Admin and if I do manage to finally get to the page that has the ‘Deactivate Store’ button it then logs me out when I try to click the button. And I just can’t seem to do anything in the store admin. I have tried different browsers and clearing cache etc

 

I tried to email this to support but i got a reply saying they don't accept emails anymore. I am not sure how else to contact support on this? Can anyone offer any help? I am paying for the service and can't turn it off!

 

I have just been billed another month and I have been trying to do this Deactivating for days and now it’s billed me again. I really can’t keep paying for something that has been having this error.

 

I do want to re-activate it in a few months time. But for now I need to turn it off and stop paying for something I’m not using.

 

Please let me know if anyone has any ideas how I can solve this?

I should add that the auto reply from support to my email says to go to the Help Center and open a ticket but I can't work out how to do this because whenever I try it also refreshes me back to the Help Center. I don't seem to have any way to contact support or lodge a ticket.
