If your Shopify store has a chargeback and you're not seeing your recent order on your payout, here's what could be happening:
Chargeback Hold: When a chargeback occurs, the amount related to that order may be placed on hold. This means it won't be included in your payout until the dispute is resolved.
Payout Delay: Shopify may delay payouts for orders involved in chargebacks until the issue is settled. This could explain why the recent order isn't showing in your payout.
Chargeback Fees: Keep in mind that some chargebacks may also involve fees, which can impact your payout balance.
Payment Processor Review: Your payment processor might be reviewing the transaction due to the chargeback. During this time, the funds will be withheld from your payout.
To resolve this, check your Shopify admin under the "Orders" and "Payments" section for details on the chargeback and contact your payment processor for further clarification. You may need to provide evidence to dispute the chargeback, if applicable.
To resolve the chargeback and update your bank info, try logging in on a desktop where you can access the full range of settings. You can connect your bank manually through the "Payouts" section. If you don't see recent orders in your dashboard, double-check the order status and whether payouts are being processed correctly. How many chargeback alerts does he typically receive per month?
