My shopify store has been disabled completely

I am concerned the my Shopify store has been disabled after making my first few sales, they told me to provide some documents which i'm not so sure about and what to upload exactly. They asked for proof of business association documents, which i'm not quite sure about and where to get them from. I need help on uploading these files so i can get my Shopify page back , which i don't know how to, these are the follow recommendations they asked form

-proof of business association (e.g business license, business registration documents, business tax filling record)

Julie here from Shopify Support.

Since you mentioned your store has been completely disabled, does this mean that you are unable to login? If you can login, then you should see a prompt to upload the documents directly within your admin. These documents are typically requested by our Shopify Payments team as part of a standard review process.

Until the documents are uploaded and reviewed by the Shopify Payments team, your Shopify Payments account will likely be on hold. When this occurs, merchants are usually still able to process payments but are unable to receive payouts until the review process is complete. Our Shopify Payments FAQ also includes some information about payouts being on hold, so I suggest checking that out! 

You should also have received an email from our team about this matter. If you have any questions about the types of documents that are being requested, or if you have any difficulties uploading your documents because you are unable to login, please respond to that email directly. The Shopify Payments team will be your best point of contact and will be able to offer some insight.

Hi Julie, I am aware this was posted long ago but I am in a similar situation of account deactivation and most importantly, funds from my orders are frozen in my bank account by shopify. Is there any swift correspondence to connect with one of you guys to resolve my issue. The chat service was unable to resolve and never got a call from 'request call back' service. What is the best way to reach out and discuss?
