My Shopify Store has been Locked

I am writing to appeal the recent termination of my Shopify store, brindos.shop. I believe this was done in error, as I have not intentionally violated any sections of the Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.

My store was created to legitimately sell my Products and set up using my legal UK business registration details. I am unsure why you identified my account as high risk.

Please advise if any additional verification is needed on my end to demonstrate compliance and hopefully reinstate my Shopify access. My livelihood depends on this store, so I am eager to cooperate fully with any requirements to resolve this situation.

I appreciate you taking the time to thoroughly re-review my account and website for potential policy breaches. If any issues are found that need addressing, I am willing to make necessary changes to comply with Shopify's rules. I hope this termination can be overturned so I may continue operating my lawful business.

Thank you for reaching out to the community forums with this situation. I fully recognize how serious this is and the importance of having this decision reconsidered. 

 

The best thing you can do is reply back to the email you received directly to make this request. Only the assigned team is able to reconsider this decision and they only communicate via email. Replying back to the email you received about this issue is the best next step. It is important to know that these decisions are rarely overturned. While I hope that your business can continue to be supported by Shopify, I also recommend starting the process of moving your website to an alternate online business host.
