Dear Shopify Community,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to inform you about the current status of my Shopify store, which unfortunately remains inactive despite my efforts and investment.
Despite paying for the basic plan and connecting to my existing domain, my store has not gone live as expected. Upon reaching out to customer service, I was informed that my account has been escalated, but no clear reason has been provided for the inactivity.
This situation is incredibly frustrating, especially considering the anticipation surrounding the launch of my store. I had planned to launch it a week ago, and numerous customers have been eagerly awaiting its debut. The delay has led to repeated inquiries from customers via social media, and I’m unable to provide them with a concrete answer.
Adding to the frustration, the Shopify team has been unresponsive, leaving me in the dark about the status and resolution of my account issue.
I urge anyone who may have experienced a similar situation or has any insights to share to please reach out. Any guidance or support from the community would be greatly appreciated.

Hi I am also facing the same issue. Following up to support team from 20 days still there is no resolution. Everytime they provide new ticket number only.
