What is everyone doing to solve the problem with 3rd party integration to Etsy.  My items have all been taken down.

Can you please provide more context on what exactly isn't working? Did you receive any communication on why your products were removed?

The Lionz integration app was deleted from the Shopify store. Any Etsy store using the app to import products from shopify to etsy had all of those listings deactivated. Once deactivated by Etsy the listing cannot be reactivated. What this means is all the ranking associated with that listing is lost and your listing or store goes back to zero.

 

We received an email from Etsy after the listings were deactivated.

 

My question to you is who deleted the app? Shopify or Lionz?

It was removed because Lionz violated Etsy's privacy rules. A good reason but pulled the rug out from under the sellers.

I was told because they used Etsy’s logo.  Pretty stupid of Etsy to be this **bleep**, especially during the holidays! I got no notice email by Shopify or Lionz. Until I realized we had no slaes from Etsy! Absurd!
