Hi everyone,
I'm reaching out because I'm feeling extremely frustrated. My Shopify store was shut down without any explanation, and it's now been 16 days since I uploaded all the requested documents to reinstate it.
I followed every instruction and provided all necessary documentation exactly as asked. Since then, I’ve tried contacting customer support four separate times. Every time they just say, “We’ll escalate this, it’s a priority,” but I never hear back. Absolutely no updates, no resolution, nothing.
Has anyone else gone through the same thing? What did you do to finally get your store back?
This is really affecting my business and I feel completely in the dark. Any advice or shared experiences would be appreciated.

UPDATE: 18 days no response from support. Escalated 5 times already.
