Someone in Kyiv, Ukraine duplicated and cloned my site. (.shop) It set up for selling through Cloudflare and hosted by Virtual Systems LLC in Ukraine. Has this happened to anyone else? How did you get the illegal site shut down? Please help as I have had my business for 10 years.
If it's not on shopify, then you can do nothing about it.

If they don’t reply, you can report to authorities.
Where are you from?
Hello! Thanks for reaching out here for help. I am sorry to hear about this situation, it's certainly not ideal, so I can understand how you must feel.
Firstly, I'd like to clarify that we cannot provide any legal advice - while we can provide general guidance and information here, it may be a good idea for you to consult with a legal professional who specializes in intellectual property or online copyright issues. With that said, I would like to help you here in any way I can.
If you haven't already done so, I would encourage you to start gathering any evidence such as screenshots that clearly shows the cloned websites and their similarities to your original store. This documentation will be helpful when reporting the issue.
If you believe they are operating on Shopify, then you can report a case of intellectual property infringement to us by using this online form here. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We have more information on copyright and trademark on our Help center here that I would suggest checking out.
If you don't believe these domains are Shopify stores, then I would suggest trying your best to identify the domain registrar for each, and then reach out to them directly. You should provide them with the evidence you've gathered (as mentioned above) and explain the situation to them. They may have similar policies in place to handle cases of copyright infringement.

same thing has happened to us. I understand you cant take it down, but what is shopify doing to ensure this breach doesnt happen again?
Same thing happened to us today. They even have the .shop and are hosted in Belgrade. There is probably nothing that we can do from the US to shut them down, since good luck finding them. I contacted cloudflarenet, and they said:
Cloudflare received your DMCA copyright infringement complaint regarding: justwalkers.shop
Cloudflare offers network service solutions including pass-through security services, a content distribution network (CDN) and registrar services. Due to the pass-through nature of our services, our IP addresses appear in WHOIS and DNS records for websites using Cloudflare. Cloudflare cannot remove material from the Internet that is hosted by others.

I just posted looking for code to redirect their cloning capabilities. Waiting to hopefully get a solution. Right now we are warning our customers and hoping they realize the .shop site looks different and the about us isn't the same.
any suggestions on how or if you got the clone site removed?
