Hi!
When logged in today at my Shopify account my store was marked as “Inactive”.
unitea-online-607.myshopify.com is marked as inactive.
This means that I have no access to the store and could not login inside it and change any settings and update billing information.
And also I could not contact a Shopify support because of my store is marked as “Inactive”
I wanted to know why Shopify deactivated my store account?
What's the criteria my account does not activate?
How can I activate my store account which has been inactive?
Could you please contact me by email used for account registration? Need it urgently.
