My store does not track visits and conversions correctly

Hi, since about 2 weeks ago, the amount of visits that Shopify tracks has dropped by about 80%. I think it only collects the visits that come directly. It does not track those coming from social networks or Google. This is what I find in most cases. Before I could track 9 out of 10 conversions and visits.

As you can see in the following image, this error leads to the analytics generating absurd reports, with several sales but 0% conversion.

Does anyone have any idea what could be happening?
I also installed the cookie warning but it still doesn't track me, besides my visits are mostly from USA and it doesn't track them either.
