Hello everyone!
After almost finishing my Shopify store. Later, I had to choose a plan to go live. After adding my billing information, my store was closed. I spent a lot of time designing this site. I contacted the support department and they said they would get back to me with Shopify tech support. However, I haven't heard back from them. I did some research on the internet and saw that this happens frequently due to credit card verification. If this is the reason, why don't they inform or ask us to provide documentation? What is the reason for this irresponsibility? Please, any such person. Contact me and I am ready for any kind of verification.

You would have received an email from us regarding your store closure. Please check your inbox of the email you signed up with, and your spam mail as it could have ended up in that mailbox. If you can not find that email, please reach out to our Support Team for further information regarding your store closure.
