This is beyond unacceptable. My store has been terminated for over 15 days, and Shopify has yet to provide a single clear reason for it. I've reached out to support more than ten times, and every single time, I get the same empty response: “we've escalated it” or “the priority team is handling it.” But it’s been over two weeks, and nothing has been done. My hard-earned money is tied up in a domain that Shopify refuses to release, effectively holding my property hostage with no explanation or resolution in sight.

I’ve made it clear to your team that I don’t even want the store anymore—I just want my domain back, the domain that I paid for. Yet all I get are empty promises and blatant disregard for the situation. This is outrageous. Shopify is a large company, yet the level of support is atrocious. If this isn’t resolved immediately, I’ll have no choice but to escalate this issue further through legal action and on public platforms to ensure others know about the appalling treatment I’ve received.
Enough is enough. Fix this now or release my domain.
