I already have paid all bills o shopify, but for some reason I am not able to review any of the themes.

I installed standard dawn theme and when I visit view site it does not work.

3. Check for App Conflicts: If you have installed any third-party apps on your Shopify store, they might be causing conflicts. Try disabling them one by one and see if your store becomes accessible.

I wouldn't be able to double check the online store as I cannot access any store or account specific information verify over the Community forums. Did you receive this error message when attempting to contact our live support by using the Help Center? If you happen to receive an error message like in the screenshot mentioned above, I would suggest attempting to clear the cache from your browser and try contacting our live support again. 
 
If the issue persists, could you try to use a separate browser? For example, if you are using Safari - try this action on Google Chrome.
