hey Tira, it shows an inactive store after when I click on that nothing happens just
Thanks for the screenshots, @ABISSTOR. That's strange. What happens when you clear your cache? You can follow this help doc for the steps to clear your cache: Supported browsers. Once you've cleared your cache, please try to go through the help centre again where you can reach our support team to look into your account.

Hello I have the same problem, my store can't be open on any browser including mobiles, Chrome said "PRIVACY ERROR" , Please can someone help me regarding my issue ASAP, it will take affect on my sales and platform credibility.
