I am using Impulse theme for my store. When add discounts for collection or specific products , it’s not showing sale badge or percentage off on products. However, it shows discounts on check out.
I have been using third party discount app as a solution.
My store name is www.rangreza.net
can any one help please.

Hi Hraz,
The sale badges for the Impulse theme are triggered when a product's compare-at-price and price is different. That's why it's not showing sale badge when you have an active discount for that product.
Unfortunately, themes do not have access to discount codes applied to a product or automatic discounts. So, the solution to your problem would be to use apps or an alternative - metafields.
Hope this helps. If you have any questions, feel free to ask 🙂

Hi Hraz,
PaulMartin made a great point about how the Impulse theme's sale badges rely on compare-at-price. Since themes don’t have access to automatic discounts, that’s why your badges aren’t showing up when discounts are applied.
Our app, Regios Automatic Discounts (4.9 stars, 48 reviews), offers a solution that doesn’t rely on compare-at-price. Instead, we use the actual discount you've set up in our app to display sale badges, percentage off, and strikethrough prices on product and collection pages. And because it's a real discount, not a compare-at-price, you can control how it combines with other discounts.
We also offer full support for the Impulse theme to ensure it works seamlessly.
If you have any questions or need help setting it up, feel free to reach out!
Best,
Tobe
It's frustrating when themes don't function as expected, especially when it comes to important features like sale badges. Hopefully, the theme support can provide a solution or a fix. In the meantime, using a third-party app for discounts and sale badges sounds like a practical workaround.
As Paul said theme do not have access to discount applied to product or collections. Theme support confirmed it and as solution they ask me to contact their custom code team and pay specifically for this function. I will continue use third party app in this case.
Hi @Hraz Thanks for providing the URL, I have checked the site and the badges are there on the site. I can see the sale badge, soldout badge on the site, and in impulse theme it's the default setting that if the compare price is more than sale price then the badge will be added on that product.
I am not sure why you have added the 3rd party app in your store, as the badges I can see are the badges from the impluse app itself. Even if you uninstall the app you can still see the sale badge on the products.
If you are facing any other issue then please feel free to ask the same.
Hopefully it will help you. If yes then Please don't forget hit Like and Mark it as solution!
Best Regards
Sahil
