My store terminated shopify not responding for 23 days

Hi everyone,
I'm reaching out because I'm feeling extremely frustrated. My Shopify store was shut down without any explanation, and it's now been 23 days since I uploaded all the requested documents to reinstate it.

I followed every instruction and provided all necessary documentation exactly as asked. Since then, I’ve tried contacting customer support four separate times. Every time they just say, “We’ll escalate this, it’s a priority,” but I never hear back. Absolutely no updates, no resolution, nothing.

Has anyone else gone through the same thing? What did you do to finally get your store back?

several merchants shared that posting publicly on twitter and Linkedln and tagging @shopifysupport got them a response 24-48 hours, especially when private support has stalled. Me and someone even got a DM from a Shopify rep after making a professional but firm public post

Reply to the last Shopify email even automated.

 

Contact support again ask for a supervisor and check if it’s stuck.

 

Use the Legal Contact Page if no response after 48 hours.
